"11 stars is still not enough !! I could not recommend Ted Heaton State Farm more ! I have been a customer for 18 years and recently I was kindly reminded why I will continue with Ted and his amazing staff. I called to inquire about a claim in regard to my daughter’s car ( she is State Farm client but not a customer of Ted’s). I and my daughter where not happy with the value they where giving her for her car. Lori and Gina went above and beyond to let me know my options and give us the tools needed to protest evaluation. Mind you my daughter has a different agent and could have easily just passed me to her agent, but instead gave me the tools and options of how to proceed . This got me thinking any and every time I call they always go above and beyond to answer any of my questions or concerns with thorough explanations of the questions and to always represent their clients best interest . We all know that when you are making calls regarding insurance you are usually on vulnerable time and they always make sure you their client’s best interest is met. Lori and Gina yall are the best ! Ted your whole team/ family are the most passionate , friendly, informative, and caring staff I have had the pleasure of doing business with !!! TED ROCKS !"

"I have been a client of Ted Heaton’s office for more than 35 years. My current team of Lori W and Julieta M in the main office and Gina in the claims office have always given me the highest level of service with speed, accuracy and empathy. I highly recommend this team for your insurance needs. Most of us learn the service culture of our agents when we file a claim. More than once when I brought my car to damage repair I had a conversation that sounded like this: Me-when can I expect my car back? Repair person—Who is your insurer? State Farm? You will go to the “front of the line” because they are so responsive. I might not have the cheapest premiums but I have saved a significant amount of money during my policy reviews and both time and money when I’ve had to file a claim. Value for value. I even got my mom to switch from Allstate because she was amazed by the savings she was getting with State Farm. Our agent Matthew Hawkins has been fantastic! We’ve always worked with a local insurance agent, so navigating coverage in a different state with a national companies felt a bit overwhelming at first. After several phone calls and a lot of confusion, I had the good fortune of connecting with Grant from State Farm-and I’m incredibly grateful that I did. "I've been a client at Ted Heaton State Farm for over 5 years now, and the team there has been nothing short of amazing. They're always proactive when it comes to reaching out and offering discounts, creative ways to save money, and their claims team has gone to bat for me more times than I care to count- especially with uninsured motorists in Austin. Most recently, Stephanie gave me a call and wanted to check in and see how my policy was doing, and welcomed the challenge when I had questions about address changes and policies. I've been on renters insurance with State Farm for over 4 years now and Auto for probably close to 8, and every time I've had to add a car, try a policy change, or make a claim it's been seamless and easy. Stephanie really exemplified that in our calls and made dealing with some otherwise boring numbers a pleasure. Over the years I've probably spent hours on the phone with this office, and I mean that in the best way possible. Every staff member here is caring and leaves me looking forward to talking to them again- something I never thought I'd say about an insurance agency. This is truly a business I don't mind paying- they treat your dollars as their own and fight tooth and nail to get you the best deal and the best coverage for your situation."

"Ted Heaton State Farm has insured all our properties and vehicles for the past 8 years. Margaret Clarkson who helps run the office is always a quick phone call away for questions, advice, quotes, etc. I refer all my real estate clients to them with the trust that they will get the best customer service and the best coverage, and that if issues with their property ever arise, they will be taken care of. They're a unique local shop with plenty of recommendations for tradespeople like roofers, plumbers, contractors, etc who can help get you covered and informed in a pinch. 5 stars all the way for Margaret, Ted, and their whole office!!"

"We also got home insurance and trailer coverage. We worked with Tom Harden and he was very helpful. He answered all our questions and reviewed our coverage. We were able to increase our old coverage but the premium is less than with the previous insurance carrier. Everything was handled well and we appreciate Tom's help setting everything up.
